This talking prop requires that you place a USB stick into any of the three USB slots on the control board, and leave it in until the audio bite plays through. If you do this, then the electromagnetic lock will deactivate. If you insert the USB stick, and then remove if before the sound bite plays through, the unit will tell you that the USB stick is no longer detected, and that you need to reinsert it. It is compatible with any USB stick, but this set comes with one. A 1.5m USB extension cable is also included for the sake of saving your processor board from the aggressive hands of your patrons. You can extend the USB cable outwards, and mount it in a different area. If by chance the USB cable ever gets damaged, it is simple and inexpensive to replace.
